Strict Luggage Allowance
Only 1 soft duffle bag weighing up to 5 kg is allowed per passenger. Hard trolley suitcases cannot be loaded inside helicopter cargo compartments due to space constraints.
Dynamic Mountain Weather
Himalayan weather changes rapidly. Pilot decisions regarding flight safety and cloud cover clearances are final. Every effort is made to utilize clear flight windows.
Senior Citizen & Medical Care
Oxygen cylinders and first-aid kits are available on all aircraft. Devotees with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions should consult physicians before high-altitude travel.

The maximum average weight per passenger is calculated at 75-80 kg. We weigh all passengers and luggage at Dehradun base. Each passenger is allowed up to 5 kg of soft bag luggage (duffle bags preferred over hard suitcases).
